The recruit is a show were over 10 people do challenges to get a guaranteed AFL contract. At the end of each episode one recruit will go home and they will have one less. All the players get a vote of who goes home they pick the top 3 most likely people to not be drafted. Then the 3 coaches decide who stays and who goes. The winner of this year was Johann Wagner.
